CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not charge a deposit for any service (excluding our hair extension services). We do save your card details through our TIMELY booking system and will charge your card a $50.00 cancellation fee if: 

1. You do not notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment time if you wish to cancel or reschedule
2. You are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time without a valid reason 

We reserve the right to charge your registered card $50.00 for the above reasons mentioned and will notify you once this payment has been processed. Any disputes, concerns or questions can be directed to us via email at support@narabeauty.com.au or alternatively you can contact us on 0414 199 801.
