We aim to ship orders within 2 working days for domestic orders and 4 working days for international orders, however, this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders.

When you place an order for an item/s online, you will receive an ‘order confirmation’ email. This is not the same as a ‘shipping confirmation’ email.
Australian and international orders are sent out via Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, which is accessible and able to be monitored via the Australia Post website found at https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking. Here you can check the location of your order once it has been picked up by Australia Post.
Once posted, depending on when it is picked up, what time of the week it is, and how far away it is being sent to, Australia Post domestic orders will take anywhere from overnight to five working days and International post can take anywhere between 5-10 business days. Once a package leaves Nara Beauty, we have no control over the actual time in transit.
If you've opted in for express postage, your package will be shipped the following business day and this will then arrive to you by the next business day. I.e. if you place the order on a Wednesday, your package will arrive by Friday (excluding public holidays). If you have any concerns please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You MUST be available to accept the delivery. Nara Beauty will not be held accountable for missing parcels. If you track your order and it states ‘Delivered’ but you do not have your order, this is unfortunately out of our hands. Australia Post will not allow us to investigate on your behalf in this instance, and you will need to contact them to reach a resolution. We suggest providing your work address as the shipping address to ensure delivery directly to you.
Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays).
Are the items in stock?
All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for orders lost in the post or any other external reason beyond our control.
